Communication
We handle all communication with your guests from their arrival to departure. If desired, you can read along with our messages to the guest. We always welcome your guests personally and make sure he knows his way around, by providing tips about public transport, bars, cafe's and restaurants in your neighborhood.
Screening
Nobody likes annoying guests. Prior to accepting new guests we determine what type of guests you would like to receive. We contact your new guests first, look at their verifications, and if needed only accept the ones with positive reviews.
Advertising
We will arrange for professional pictures of your home and create ads on various booking platforms like Airbnb, Wimdu and Flipkey. We will write outstanding content and optimize your listing for the best possible ranking, so you will receive more bookings and get higher revenues.
Monitoring
By now everyone has heard about the horror stories of Airbnb guests completely ruining an apartment. We make sure you find your home in exactly the same condition as you left it. We supervise your guests and if necessary stay in contact with your neighbors. In the unlikely event something does go wrong, your apartment is insured for damages up to EUR 800.000.
Booking management
We manage all your bookings, so you do not have to. The only thing you need to do is tell us when you want to come back from your vacation. We will take care of everything else, the arrival and departure of your guests and managing your calendar.
Cleaning
After your guests have left we will thoroughly clean your apartment, so it looks as clean and beautiful as you have left it. Furthermore, we will provide clean towels and bed linen, for the next guests (or yourself).
Check in & Check out
We will welcome your guests personally. At the check in we will exchange the keys and give the guests a tour in your home. We will answer any questions the guests might have, and give them tips on nearby attractions. On departure, we will check if your apartment is left clean and without any damages. We take reclaim the keys and make sure the guests leave in a pleasant way.
24/7 emergency service
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergency you or your guests might have. So you will be able to enjoy your free time to the fullest, without having to worry about your guests. It's a soothing thought, knowing they will be taken care of.
